Since 1873, the Gager company has shared its passion for parquet with its customers. The family business achieves its goals by striving for perfection, delivering the best quality and continuing the profession as a traditional craft.
We are proud to have been commissioned to make Gager’s rich heritage and future tangible to the outside world. So we set out to get to know the company and its customers better. The findings of the analysis created the foundation for a successful future for the 150-year-old traditional company.

Brand Strategy
In the first step, we defined the long-term path of the Gager company. This included a deep analysis of the company and its activities. Together we consolidated the philosophy of Gager and worked out the customer benefits of its services. A crucial point were interviews with Gager’s customers. These allowed us to create a strategy based on the wishes, needs and fears of the customers.
Gager has a vision: people should walk into their living space, be proud of it and finally feel at home. The task now is to make this vision a reality.
Visual Identity
Since customers have an emotional relationship with the parquet product, it was extremely important to convey this emotionality. Here, visual communication naturally plays a decisive role.
For this reason, it was necessary to create a corporate design for the company Gager, which also does justice to the long tradition and present perfection.
We developed a complete design system based on the tree as the brand idea. Like a mighty tree, Gager is deeply rooted in the past. This rich experience gives customers confidence. At the same time, Gager is growing as a company and is a reliable partner for its customers.
The corporate design reflects the idea of a traditional, reliable company with top quality. The craftsmanship is conveyed with a clean design that speaks the visual language of Gager.
